Inside the mind of a lifehacker. I don’t know about you, but wouldn’t it be cool when somebody asks you what you do for a living, your reply could be “I’m a lifehacker…” I’m currently watching the video below and wanted to share it asap.

Yabusame – Tim Ferriss from Kevin Rose on Vimeo.

Tips on how a lifehacker streamlines.

1. Slowly and deliberately going through the motions (whatever you want to learn) right before bed, help transfer the motor skills from short to long term memory. Then set an alarm to wake up exactly 4 1/2 hours, before the next REM cycle starts, where I’ll go through the motions again to deepen the mental imprint. This can improve performance by up to 50%.

Survival kit: Facemask, earplugs, kitchen alarm (to know exactly how much sleep debt you racked up, so you can catch up later)

I recently read a post on Traderfeed blog by Dr. Brett about how in trading you must think like a computer. When I saw the part in the video about him breaking down the success of a run through a series of if statements I couldn't help but think about the relevancy this has to our trading.

I haven't finished the video yet as I went out with a friend I haven't seen for awhile. Tim Ferris has a very interesting blog as well…I have a link below under the worth visiting section.

I plan on finishing the video this weekend. Can you give me the link to that article you mentioned?

Dr. Brett I've learned is extremely resourceful and I think you'll enjoy his analysis, that is unless you already know of him. I hope to see you start posting again.
