I want to start a new section on zentrader where I go back and look at past calls (good or bad) as a way to connect insights and analysis. Often times I make calls and even forget about what I said until a reader brings it up and I’m hoping to add additional analysis about that sector or stock going forward.

Original post on XHB, HOV, RYL – Thoughts on Housing Sector Charts

Going forward I expect XHB to pull back to $24.88-25.10 range. If that happens:

  • RYL will be a strong buy in the range of $30.75 – 31.25 and
  • HOV at $4.51 – 4.75.

Trading bias is bullish/neutral, meaning you should only be long or flat this sector as the long term trend remains up. Shorting is going against the major trend and very dangerous.
